By puchashing any of my art, you automatically agree to the following conditions. I will deny your request if you didn’t read the terms of service or following these conditions. I do not wish nor see my artwork used in any blockchain-related technology including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

Basic Rules

What I will draw :

1. Furry/Anthro character (Canines, Felines, Avians, Mammals, Reptiles, and Fish)
2. Human
3. Soft/Vanilla NSFW
4. Reference sheet of your furry character

What I wont draw :

1. Any fursona that require to draw many scales or feathers
2. Armor
3. Mecha
4. Gore
5. Vore
6. Coprophillia/Feces-fetish/Scat
7. Pedophilia
8. Necrophilia
9. Incest
10. Rape (unless it’s roleplay or bdsm concept with FULL CONSENT)
11. Extreme/disgusting fetishes
12. NSFW art of your pets
13. Baby Fur
14. Feral FurMessage me further to ask if your upcoming commission wasn’t included on the list above.You have to be 18 or older to commission me especially when commissioning the NSFW piece. No minor.First, you need to have all of these following requirements below to commission me :

- The character reference picture doesn’t have to be detailed, but I need a reference picture to make sure we have the same vision of the art that you wanted. I also received stickman sketch or any other picture that represent your character.
- I don’t receive “up to you” nor “surprise me” as an instruction, you have to be clear of what you wanted for your commission.
- Once I confirmed the requirements you’ve sent to me, your name will be in the Waiting list queue
- If I haven’t confirmed your requirements within 24 hours, please follow up again.
- You can see your name in the Waiting List through my Trello.
- There is no need to pay any to be included in the Waiting List.
- My goal is to have your commission done in 1-2 weeks
- The more complicated your commission is, the longer time that I need to finish it, so it probably will takes longer than 2 weeks and I will inform you about it
- I will inform you when I will start working on your commission
- I limit my revisions about 3 times maximum, if you requested another revisions or changes more than 3, I will take an extra cost for that.
- Edits or changes request on fully finished artwork will have an extra cost, unless there’s a mistake on my part, it will be free.
- Sunday is my day off, so all the messages regarding the commission on that day will be answered on Monday
- In case of harassment or threats, I will permanently block you.

Payment

- I require a full front payment before I start to work on your commission (Paypal and Ko-fi Only).
- I send Paypal Invoices, this means, I need your Paypal email to send you the invoice.
- Full refunds can only be granted before your commission is started.
- I don’t do payment plans.
- You only have 48 hours to complete the payment. if you don’t complete the payment within 24 hours without notice, I will cancel your request and remove you from the waiting list.
- I will NOT consider exposure as a form of payment, I only receive money. :)

Work Process

- After making sure I have all the information I needed, I will move forward to make the sketch of the illustration.
- After you accept the sketch, I will start working straight to the finishing progress.
- If I receive no answer/ approval from you within 24 hours after I’m sending you the sketch, you commission will be placed on hold until further instructions are given
- If I receive no answer/approval/respond/instructions from you within 7 days (without previous notice) after I’m sending an update, your commission wil be set as “completed” regardless of the commission type, and there will be no refunds.
- Color base progress will be send if asked.
- After your order has finished, all the relevant files of your order will be sent to you such as JPEG and PNG files.

Copyright

- I hold every right of the artwork I made except the artwork that specifically for the commercial use and you already paid for the commercial use fee, therefore you can’t sell, edit, or modify the artwork nor my signature without my permission.
- You are free to post the commissioned artwork on any of your profiles, giving me proper credit will be very much appreciated.
- If you’d like to keep the commissioned piece private, please inform me beforehand.
- You may choose to remain anonymous, means that I wont mentions your name on the sites the image was posted.
